Program Costs

• A US Passport, if you don’t have already one.
• A Chinese Visa (approx $140.00)
• Travel to Los Angeles (LAX airport) from your home town.
• Registration fee of US$100.00 for administrative work (non-refundable)
• Personal spending money while traveling.

Notes: The round trip airfare from Los Angeles LAX to China, accommodations, and traveling in China is covered by AEEC for all participants in the camp.

If quitting in the middle of program, the one should be responsible for the cost of return flight ticket to the US.

Dates

• 03/31/2026 Application Deadline

• 06/27/2026 Leave LAX for China

• 06/28 ~ 07/03 Rest and leisure travel in China

• 07/06~ 07/25 Teaching 5 hours a day, Mon to Fri. Field trip or performance on Sat.

• 07/26/2026 Return to U.S.A.

Note: Exact travel times to be determined at the time of airline ticket purchase.

Qualifications

• 20 years old or older
• Interest in teaching and/or missions.
• Persons with Sports, Music, the Arts or other talents needed in addition to academic teachers

How to Apply

1. Fill out AEEC’s online application form https://forms.office.com/r/Un0V8RriDKm before Feb 28, 2026. We will answer you within 3 weeks once we get your application form. 
2.  If you are admitted, send the registration fee US$100.00 through Zelle @ aeecusa@gmail.com, or make checks payable to AEEC Academy to Maria Freberg @ 620 Wynfield Forest Dr, Summerville, SC 29485.

After that, we will let you know next several steps to prepare your trip to China.
